How to Prepare

While Model UN can seem daunting, being properly prepared often helps delegates in easing their fears about committee. In order for a delegate to be prepared for committee the delegate must research his or her position and familiarize his or herself with the structure, rules, and procedures of the assigned committee. We have attached below several guides in order to help delegates prepare for their experience at WAMUNC. Please have delegates note the difference between standard, specialized, and crisis committees. Each of these committee types has a different structure and parliamentary procedure.
